My order had to be reshipped and took a really Long time to get delivered, close to 3 weeks, even though I paid extra for express delivery. Other than that I liked that it was delivered in my mail box and I didn't have to be home to sign for it. Thanks.

Different brand then before. Med still works but seems to give me headache. Next time I will request specific brand and hope they can do that. This is my second purchase and am pleased with customer service and communication. Cheers!

Overall good - wish we could choose how its billed on our credit card (like a choice of two options - maybe one that indicates health store or vitamin store). When I order Ambien I would highly prefer that it was delivered faster than 7 days, you advertise 3-5 days.... Otherwise no complaints.

The speed of the delivery was really no ones fault... it started out January 4th.. and kinda got lost... and then almost one week later it started moving in the usps... so service has always been great... thank you...

Excellent support staff! Seems like the time between order is vendor-confirmed and getting it well into the mail system (not just Origin is preparing shipment stage) is where there might be a small lag, but i guess that's how it works for international orders... Thank you!!
